Power, Speed, Agility, Explosive Training

Speed & Agility Training

If you’re looking to increase foot speed and acceleration, our agility training program is just what you need. Our trained and experienced staff will utilize various tools such as plyometric boxes, footwork drills, ladders, hurdles and speed ropes just to name a few. The goal of this program is to help improve speed, agility, acceleration, fast twitch mobility & explosion. Each athletic performance package comes complete with a pre and post assessment to gauge the client’s current level of performance, versus their measure of success at the end of their program.

Offered 1:1 or group sizes of up to 6 people.

Field Training

The expertise and hands-on experience of the Pro Edge Performance Training staff gives us the ability and expertise to create specialized field training programs focused on your specific sporting team needs. Each field work training session is created around your specific sport of choice and focuses on agility, footwork, speed, drills and overall conditioning.

Field training programs are offered 1:1 or groups of up to 6 people.

Sport Specific Training

If you need the extra support and enjoyment of working out with a buddy, but still want the benefits of our personal training program, then buddy training is the program for you! Just like our 1:1 personal training packages, each session will focus on improving strength, core stability, and cardio conditioning.

Buddy Training packages are offered to groups of 2-3 people.

Team Training

Pro Edge Performance Training strives to not only build relationships with our individual clientele, but to also reach out to local sports teams in the area to offer our training expertise. With this program, our Pro Edge staff will work with your team to help improve overall performance while incorporating elements of all our training programs but also focusing on key movement and body mechanics specific to that sport. Team training is offered to groups up to 20 people.

All sessions are 1 hour unless otherwise noted. Please speak to a trainer if extended sessions are needed.
