Personal Training

If you are not an athlete and you still want a high intensity training program, similar to the performance training programs, look no further. Pro Edge Performance Training offers a variety of personal training packages as well as health and wellness fitness classes that will be sure to meet your
needs.

One-on-One Training

Our staff will work with you 1 on 1 to provide personalized service to fit your needs. Through motivation and expertise, our trainers will challenge you to work your hardest to gain maximum results. Each personal training session will focus on improving strength, core stability, and cardio conditioning. Personal Training packages are 1:1 sessions.

Buddy Training

If you need the extra support and fun of working out with a buddy but still want the benefits of our personal training program then Buddy training is the program for you! Just like our 1:1 Personal Training packages, each session will focus on improving strength, core stability, and cardio conditioning. Buddy Training packages are offered to groups of 2-3 people.

Group Personal Training

If you need the extra support and enjoyment of working out with a buddy, but still want the benefits of our personal training program, then buddy training is the program for you! Just like our 1:1 personal training packages, each session will focus on improving strength, core stability, and cardio conditioning. Group Training packages are offered to groups of 3-6 people.
