In the four years I have been training at Pro Edge, Derek Kennard, Billy, Jason and Joel have helped me become a stronger individual on and off the field. They push me to be the best I can be in my moments of weakness and they teach me to never give up. The lessons I have learned at the gym translate to situations in my life off the field as well, and helped me grow into the person that I am today. Without Pro Edge, my abilities would not have grown to the level that they are at now. I am beyond thankful for Derek and all the boys at Pro Edge!
